1. Acceptance of Institutional Terms

By accessing Plannorium Sign, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you are agreeing to these Terms for that organization and promising that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Legal Validity of Signatures

Regulatory Compliance

Plannorium Sign is engineered to exceed the standards for electronic signatures worldwide. Agreements executed on our platform are legally binding under the **Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce (ESIGN) Act**, the **Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (UETA)**, and the **eIDAS regulation** (EU No 910/2014).

3. Service & Availability

We provide a professional-grade platform for document execution and lifecycle management. While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. Maintenance windows are typically scheduled during off-peak hours and communicated via the Status Dashboard.

4. User Responsibilities

As an institutional user, you are responsible for:

  • Ensuring the legal permissibility of electronic signatures for your specific document types.
  • Maintaining the security of organization API keys and account credentials.
  • Verifying the identity of your recipients where required by law.

5. Intellectual Property & License

The Plannorium Sign platform, including its unique signing workflow, agentic logic, and branding, is the exclusive property of Plannorium Ltd. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform in accordance with your subscription plan.

6. Limitation of Liability

Plannorium Ltd. provides the platform "as is". We are not liable for any legal disputes arising between signatories, the content of signed documents, or any indirect damages resulting from the use of the Service.

7. Modifications

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page. If a revision is material, we will notify organization admins via email.
